| Brand New HEAVY DUTY Skid Steer Track Installer PATENT RENDING Buy factory direct and save! Let me ask you a couple of questions first. Have you ever tried to install a track before in a shop were you had all the tools? Have you ever tried to put a track on in the middle of no where, in the mud while it was raining? Ever get a flat tire about 11 minutes after you just put your track back on from fixing a flat tire? While tiring to put on your track have you wonder about safety? Have you used a crow bar, chain, chain binder, and a come-along, and mean while scared your going to loose a finger or hand or your head? Has it ever taken you over 6-7 minutes to put on a track? And most of all….. Have you ever been very MAD trying to put on a track? Think about how many times you look at a skid steer here on ebay or anywhere else and the tracks are always really loose. It is probably because they are so hard to get that extra link out. Or are your tracks loose? I truly have the ultimate tool for installing tracks on a skid steer and I am not just saying that. We are so impressed the way this tool turned out! It is just amazing how fast and how easy it truly is to put on one of those heavy tracks! I give you the “TRAC-JACK”! The pictures below are of us installing the track on a skid steer using a 3 ton cheap bottle jack. I am not going to lie it took 10 minutes. Now keep in mind that we would go in stages and stop to take pictures! Also my cousin dropped one bolt and one bushing on the floor so it took a while to find them. What is my point? You can install a track in 6-7 by your self! Keep in mind the only tool we used was JUST THIS TOOL! NOTHING ELSE! NO CROW BARS, NO CHAINS, NO CHAIN BINDERS, NO COME-A- LONGS! ONLY THE TRAC-JACK! CONSTRUCTION : The TRAC-JACK is 38 inches long and it weights about 27 pounds. It has eighteen ½ inch holes that are drilled in the side to place the adjustable pins in. PAINT : The pictures show an unpainted TRAC-JACK. The TRAC-JACK you will get will be an oil based gloss black finish. WHAT DO YOU NEED : You will just need a small bottle jack or a port-a-power. The one we used in the pictures was just a cheap 3 ton bottle jack. Make sure if you use a bottle jack, the right (valve) side is down so the oil will run to the pumping part in the jack or it will not jack. It is standard in bottle jack. WHAT YOU GET : You get a complete black TRAC-JACK. That is the main hook bar, a push pull adjustable piece, also an adjustable end plate, last two hardened pins. You get proper pins (the pictures show bolts). |
