Mini Excavator Thumbs

24" THUMB SHOWN BELOW.
This is our mini excavator thumb. We make them in several sizes. The
size come in 16", 18", 20", 24", 28" and 32", also custom sizes.
This thumbs feature a one piece base plate, three 1" pins made of stress
proof steel with stops fully tig welded, massive 2" sq tube (BONE) with
1/4" wall, all steel used is 3/8", or 1/2" A36 structural grade. Master pivot
has 1 1/2" bushing stock for superior strength.
All pieces are CNC plasma cut. The thumb is designed to fold in to four
different positions, 90 degrees, 107 degrees, 121 degrees, and
completely folded back to be out of the way.
Also, we designed the thumbs with a little extra length. The actual
thumb is the correct size but when assembled with the base plate they
become 1 1/2" taller. Example= 24" thumb is 24", but with the base plate
it becomes 25 1/2" tall at 90 degrees.
We can custom make different sizes and different steel thickness.
